Featuring Peter Vawter and Kelli Wilkerson! Peter Vawter is our special guest instructor in January! Peter has been performing for Universal Studios Theme Park in Osaka Japan for the last three years! Peter has spent a significant amount of time in Sacramento and has performed and competed with many of Sacramento's finest dancers including being Kelli's partner for her first national level competition and winning at the American Lindy Hop Championships with Ria Debiase in the Classic Lindy Hop division. Peter is a great instructor and a great joy to watch dance!

This special 6-week series class will build a performance routine that you'll be able to perform at Midtown Stomp at the conclusion of the series. The class will cover in detail performance technique and skills that you will need to be a better Lindy Hop and swing performer. This class will still be social and rotate partners since as with many performance routines and teams, you may be asked to switch partners frequently. If you wish to sign up with a partner and rotate, you may, but we encourage everyone to rotate partners.

This is a Level 4+ class, so expect more advanced material. If you are not keeping up with the class, you will be asked to switch to the level 3 class or we will refund your money.

These lessons will be held Friday nights from 7-8pm at Midtown Stomp! We are offering six weeks of dancing and lessons for only $75 if purchased in advance or $85 if purchased at the door on February 12th. This price includes the six dances and four live bands so this is really a great deal for these great classes and great live band nights. (photo by Bryant Gover)
